British Restaurant Charges £3 Baby Fee!

That's a way to get babies out of your restaurant.

If that's what you're really into…

Cosmo, a restaurant in Croydon, London, has implemented a new policy that will charge customers £3 (about US $4.67) per baby! Seriously.

Instead of just outright banning children from the Asian buffet restaurant, Cosmo has decided to find a way that will basically just deter parents from bringing their children.

Even though the restaurant is 22,000 square feet and seats up to 800, they apparently don't "have room."

Naturally, parents are outraged, one calling it "disgraceful," while another parent saying that her baby "was exclusively breastfed and would be sitting on our laps, therefore not consuming any food or occupying an extra seat."

Seems a little silly when the restaurant is so huge and can easily accommodate children. They might as well ban them all together.

Then again, if you don't like the sound of screaming babies, then this is the place to go….
