With those huge fake eyelashes and all that eye liner, we can't tell if Teen Mom's Amber Portwood is crying or she's just asleep.

Whichever it is, she's making us super sad.

So anyway, yes, this is Amber's latest mug shot (above).

The teen queen was thrown in jail earlier this week for violating her probation on several counts, including her most recent fight at IHOP that was caught on camera. Ah yes, another Christmas behind bars.

It actually makes us so sad, we can't even joke about it. All we can think of is little Leah who will grow up knowing what her mother's several mug shots look like.

Amber's next court date is scheduled for January 13, 2012 where the judge will decide if she will serve out a 2-year sentence in jail.
