Judge Rules On Halle Berry Custody Battle!

The judge has made up his mind in Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry's custody war over daughter Nahla, and it appears that the actress' ex will NOT lose his rights to see her while he's being investigated for child endangerment!

However, this never-ending saga is not even close to done, as according to sources, the ruling is complicated and the custody agreement could still undergo some serious changes!

Well, at least we know both Gabriel will be in anger management, and Halle and Nahla will be undergoing counseling!

Hopefully, this will help everyone reach some sort of common ground!
