Alanis Morissette Is All Lovey Dovey On Family Stroll

We spotted Alanis Morissette and her husband Mario Treadway taking little baby Ever Imre on a walk around their Santa Monica neighborhood on Saturday afternoon.

Ever is SO big! We're not sure how much longer he's gonna be able to fit in that baby carrier.

Alanis didn't seem to notice the extra load. The singer and her hubster were very romantic on the walk - they kept starring into each others eyes as they held hand down the sidewalk!

It's so sweet, but a little ironic for the angry singer. Don't ya think?

Alanis Morissette Doesn't Want Her Baby To Copy Her Values

She's a first time mom, but Alanis Morissette thinks she's an expert on raising a person right!

Unlike "most parents" that force their own beliefs down their children's throats, Alanis does NOT want her son share her values. Nope!

The Ironic singer and her rapper husband Mario 'Souleye' Treadway want their 11-month-old son Ever to develop his own beliefs and values while still respecting hers. Which is a concept that sounds good… in theory.

Alanis shared her views on the subject in her very deep iVillage blog. She says:

Alanis Morissette: I Wasn't Prepared For Motherhood

Despite the big smile on her face, believe it or not, Alanis Morissette now admits that she was unprepared for motherhood.

The singer and her husband Mario "Souleye" Treadway welcomed a son Ever back on Christmas Day 2010 and has now written a column about having her first baby where she writes that she felt like a "a blank slate," with "no handbook when it came to all the changes that came with pregnancy and taking care of a newborn.

Lunchin' With My Baby: Alanis & Mario Take Their Baby Boy For A Bite

And boy does Ever look pleased! Such a curious little guy!

Yesterday, Alanis Morissette and Mario Treadway took their bundle of joy for some lunch A Votre Sante Restaurant. We imagine they did more sampling of the menu than Ever, but it still looks like they had a sweet afternoon out.

Cherish the moments now, you two! They grow up so fast.
