Amber Portwood Screwed Up AGAIN!

Well, can't say we didn't see this coming.

The Lindsay Lohan of 16 And Pregnant has violated her probation yet again!

When the reality "star" left jail in January, the judge agreed to dismiss all of Amber's charges — but ONLY if she to completes a drug program. Part of this program includes a daily pee test for drugs.

Our source says Amber did not take a drug test, Monday. Apparently, the young mom didn't have enough water that day and just couldn't seem to tinkle. It's really just too bad, cause even if that's her honest reason for not taking the test, no pee pee = a failed test!

The Amber's judge told her if she didn't complete this program, she would be directly sent to the slammer for no less than 5 YEARS! So why, why WHY would she screw up a drug test??

The hot mess going to court to chat to the judge about it sometime soon.

Amber Portwood Gets Denied By Halfway House After Leaving Jail

More troubles for this girl…

We mentioned a few days ago that Teen Mom's Amber Portwood was going to be released from jail and was ordered to enter a halfway house where she would've been require to complete a drug treatment program.

But, the people at the transitional home, called Sister 2 Sister Ministries, denied the reality star because they felt she would attract too much negative attention to their program.

So, what's poor Amber to do now??

Well, it turns out the judge has made the decision to let Amber out of jail TODAY and she will be ordered to be on home detention, wearing an ankle bracelet.

Yup, Amber has officially turned into the Lindsay Lohan of Indianan teen moms.

In the meantime, the judge has required her to apply for a residency at a different transitional home. BUT, it could take months to be approved.

The good news is that her baby daddy Gary Shirley can visit her at home now.

Actually, that's the worst news in the world.
