Madonna works harder then ever these days.

She packs a tight schedule that makes even Barack Obama seem lazy.

…But even though she may be SUPER busy, the #1 priority in her life is not her career…it's her kids!

AND In a recent interview, Madonna revealed just how influential her children are.

Here’s what her interviewer had to say about Madge:

"In fact, the reason our interview starts so late at night is because Madonna insists that her working days be packed in so that she spends as little time as possible away from her four children — Lourdes, Rocco, David and Mercy."

And here's Madge on how much of an influence her children are in her life:

"But I have four kids so everything factors in to all of my decisions. I think being on tour in the summertime is better because they can be on the road with me and don’t miss school. So I don’t just make decisions on my own any more."

We LOVE that she's always keeping her kids in mind!

Madonna Responds To Lourdes Smoking: 'I Need To Be Tougher'

Famous last words from Madonna after she saw pics of her 15-year-old daughter Lourdes smoking a cigarette.

In a recent interview with NBC's Rock Center with Harry Smith, Madge opens up about how she felt when she found out that Lourdes was caught with a cig.

In the video (above), she says that she definitely "needs to be tougher," and doesn't approve of smoking by ANYONE, especially her daughter!

Ha!

Funny thing, we thought Madonna would be tougher on Lola - but raising four kids can be difficult to manage!

Uh-Oh! Lourdes Is In Trouble With Momma Madonna After She Was Caught Smoking!

Madonna is teaching her oldest child a very hard lesson!

The momma of four was said to be so furious when she found out her daughter Lourdes was caught smoking, she's decided to hold back on letting Lola join her on her upcoming tour.

A source says:

"Madonna told Lourdes she is thinking she should help her to concentrate on university instead of allowing her to join her on tour. She was incensed with her for smoking."

Going to school instead of making all your friends jelly by joining your super awesome mom on tour??

Way harsh, Madge!

Although, not really. Lourdes should know better than to give in to those ridiculous cancer sticks!

We don't blame Madonna for laying down the law on this one.

The director/Madonna's ex took David and Rocco to Warner Bros' UK studios, where they attended the opening of the Making of Harry Potter tour.
