Spice mom Mel B, is looking better than ever. Since giving birth to her third daughter last Sep., Mel has lost a TON nearly 35 lbs of baby weight.

We knew that the Brit used a portion controlled diet from Jenny Craig to help lose her poundage, but over the weekend Mel revealed her totally doable exercise regiment.

Momma spice says she really packed on the pounds when she was preggers, as she caved to all her cra-cra cravings. Mel says while she was knocked up:

Mel B's Oldest Daughter Files Battery Report Against Her Father

Oh no!

Mel B's first born, Phoenix, has filed a battery police report against her father, Jimmy Gulzar.

Melanie Brown has primary custody, and with Gulzar having visitation four times a month - a fact that he seems to have qualms with.

Apparently the drama went down a couple weeks ago when Jimmy had trouble giving his 12-year-old old daughter back to his ex wife after his visitation hours were over.

"The cops had to be called to enforce the court order, which states that Mel has primary custody of Phoenix. There was a stand off for several hours. When it became clear that Gulzar wasn't going to turn Phoenix over, LAPD responded and told Jimmy he had to allow his daughter to leave his apartment. When Phoenix came out, she was extremely distraught and very upset. The police immediately took her to the police station to fill out a report,"

revealed a source close to the situation.

The police report says:

"Victim is suspect's daughter. Susp has visitation rights w/daughter. When daughter attempted to leave susp's house to return to mother's home, susp grabbed vict's arm refusing to let her leave."

Well, that's not how you get more time with your daughter dumbass!

For now, Phoenix is safe down under with her stepfather, two younger sisters, and Spice Momma who is currently filming in Australian X Factor.

Scary Spice aka Mel B has become the newest spokes person for Jenny Craig!

Melanie, who gave birth to her third daughter, Madison, in September, hopes this diet plan will help her get rid of that pesky baby weight.

Mel B and Her Daughter Angel Attend The Nickelodeon Kid's Choice Awards

Angel Iris Murphy Brown is just a little bundle of style and fashion.

She must get it from her momma!

Mel B and her 4-year-old daughter attended the 2011 Nickelodeon Kid's Choice Awards held at the Sydney Entertainment Centre in Australia today.

Lil' Angel worked the red carpet like it was another day at the playground. As for Mel B, considering she just gave birth to baby Madison Brown Belafonte on September 1st, she looks amazing!

And yes, Angel is wearing some pink eyeshadow to match her dress and her mom's.

But do U think 4-years-old is too young to wear makeup?
