The stylish momma and hubby Joel Madden took their tiny curly-haired cuties Harlow and Sparrow to the beach in Malibu over the holiday weekend.

Nicole was seen playing catch with her tiny tots while dad Joel soaked up some rays in the sun.

Nicole Richie and MANY more came to celebrate her father's achievements at the Lionel Richie and Friends in Concert presented by ACM held at the MGM Grand in Vegas yesterday.
